I saw your remark about the Sailor V manga, and I had to comment. I read the manga. It's nowhere near as good as the Sailor Moon manga, but it reminds me a lot of the original anime (although the story of Sailor V is contradictory in the two continuities). Sailor V is a lot more episodic, complete with "monsters of the week". It can get silly, but it's still a quick, lighthearted read.

I haven't seen Sailor Moon in sooo long, but after reading your description about Sailor V, I kinda wanna go back and watch it~ And also read it! :)
The colors blend in so well and it makes the piece awe-striking!
